Its official. I hate Tuesdays.
Today is one for the books.
Why am I posting this? Because I need to figure out how to build a better mouse trap. I have to change something because Mondays are ok...Tuesdays are terrible...Wednesdays are better and Thursday and Fridays are great. And it all relates to my fitness and eating and sleep.
I gotta figure this out - it is killing me.
