Improved 5K Time!

Hey guys!

I did another 5K today....better time than a few weeks ago - 23:40. I was pretty happy with my time considering I haven't been running in like 2 weeks. And I kind of hurt my inner thigh/groinal region last night during an Ultimate Figure Program workout so I debated even running - SO GLAD I did! The hubby got 2nd place overall - he rocks!

Gonna VLOG later so this is just a shorty, yo. :)

Hope you are all having an awesome weekend!

AWESOME!!!!

I didnt get to start my program today mainly because I am a slacker :)

But I was wondering what size weights you have for this program. I only have 10's at home that I NEVER use anymore so I need to get some more stuff. I was thinking some 15's, 20's, and 25's. I really want to start this but I just dont really have the setup right now which kinda blows. I may wait until we are moved into our new home (hopefully in September when we get married) and start it then.

Other equipment I need:
-12 lb med ball
-high bench for leg day
-would like a bosu ball
-want a set of Powerblocks :)
-an extra set of lungs :)

I need a lot. Maybe I will stick to the gym for a while.

I got to thinking about your time going down the road today. WOW! That is super fast! It just occured to me that all I said was "awesome" and it deserves more than that. You did fantastic!

Congrats to your hubby too!

Krissa,
I have 10, 15 and 20's and then have adjustables but they only go up to 40 lbs. I really want the bowflex adjustables.

You can substitute everything in the program - I would try the program and see what happens when you modify.

Oh, and thanks for the props on the time! :) I was really happy with it! For as little as I am running lately, happy.

Kelly and C - thank you ladies!!
