Pain Free Run! :)

Did my first full "back at it" workout yesterday. 45 minutes of my upper body Ultimate Figure Program workout followed by a 5 mile run (about 40 minutes) and another 20 minutes of upper body circuits. Felt great! Outside of the fact that the new insoles kind of pushed back into my heel and left a little space in the front of the toe area rubbing me funny, the run was pain free and I literally have ZERO foot pain today. Good stuff.

Also love the fat that I can actually see the difference in my arms after just one workout - muscle memory is a good thing.

I liked the post below this one about Erin Heath. That is interesting.

I also agree with treating your vacation as competition prep. I am 12 weeks out. I am no where close to where I want to be for the beaches in Jamaica. Today starts day one of my official 12 week countdown. Which worked out nice because Body For Life began today too. :) So I am following Eating for Life but still using the new hybrid program. (all other workouts seem boring now)
