The Meaning of "The Juice is Worth the Squeeze"

While I know I don't have to go into a lot of detail to explain what "The Juice is Always Worth the Squeeze" is all about, I wanted to at least let you know what it means to me....

The squeeze: the 5:30am wake up in order to work out before the day gets away from me.....doing the hardest workout you've ever done in 40 minutes instead of a longer, easier 90 minute workout because you just don't have the time....knowing you will be a little more tired than everyone else today.....prepping food for the next day at 9pm after the kids are asleep....getting treated like the food nazi at work....telling hubby you can't do _____ with him because you need to get in a workout.

The juice: feeling like you are the fittest you can be....being a good role model for your children....fitting into the clothes you love....feeling good in your own skin....being able to be active with your kids and play outside....knowing you have extended your life a little bit. :)

That is why, my friends, the juice is always worth the squeeze. :)
